Viux.com (http://www.viux.com/home) and aspnix.com (https://www.aspnix.com/) provide attractive cloud hosting plans which are full-featured and cost not much.

A2hosting.com and and swisslayer.com  are trustworthy and provide their services in a webmaster-friendly manner.
They are good hosts with good performance that is well supported by people who cared. Will never regret of sign8ing up with them.

I am impressed with hostwinds.com service. I have been using their service for 8 months - everything works good.
 As for their network and server uptime they are really great cos my sites were experiencing downtime only over 10-20 minutes.
