Any decent recommendation is usually provided based on your needs as a client. If nothing is known about your business model, the scale of your operation and what your needs/objectives are (for instance. you need server based computing  or VDI (http://www.thinomenon.com/products/AccessSuite/) for that matter), it is hard to recommend anything at all.

Based on your need any recommendation is usually provided...You should recommended any cloud hosting provider but have to match with your business model.

We'd recommend a DDoS Protected Cloud (https://cloudc.me) for sure. Don't even mess with regular unprotected hosting. Won't work out for you ;)

Well, as everyone stated that before opting for cloud services, you need to analyze your requirements that what are you going to host, where and your budget. But, here I would like to share my experience using Weatherly Cloud. That has suited my requirements and budget. It is giving me IaaS and minute-based billing. Go and try for that.

There are many good cloud hosting providers but I'd recommend you use only time-tested like readymakers, a2hosting, etc.
Their service is beyond praise.

I can name 7host.com cloud solutions. Their plans are featured and redundant, server and network uptime is high as possible.
