I have recently experienced Drupal cloud hosting, Installing Drupal is now easy with managed hosting, I was facing issues while installing Drupal then, I have moved to cloudways managed Drupal hosting (https://www.cloudways.com/en/drupal-cloud-hosting.php) which worked best and I have installed it easily through their managed platform.
