Shared plans from hostingsource.com and avansit.com are attractive for me and I need to know which plan should I try?
I intend to host a forum.

Avanist is the best option.

Excellent host was hosted previously before this with Hostforweb.com provider, but changed to a different host for a period, but came back to this host because it suited my business the best and is an extremely reliable service to use, would recommend.

I have worked with many other hosts and always had issues with either hardware or support but HostingSource.com have top top of both worlds!
The system itself is rock solid and the software & features are excellent. Now I have all i need and even more!

Why not to give Hostforweb.com (http://www.Hostforweb.com) a try?
Very good with their standard products. Their reliability and price makes up for it though as it is very seldom that I do require to contact their support desk.

The hard-coded administrator account is not showing the manage User Levels option. I even added a user account with a security level of -1 and still doesnt show this in the menu. Why would this be?

Regarding access to the shared resources, I completely agree with you... I've complained many times that the people with the free software having something the paid customers don't have is totally backward and wrong.
