Take a look at Hostunmetered.net and their affordable managed servers (https://www.hostunmetered.net/dedicated-servers/) in the UK. Their DC is stable.
The control panel makes it very easy to navigate everything for someone who doesn't know too much about the intricate workings of webhosts and servers.
