I think Spectrum Internet Service (https://www.internetservicesinmyarea.com/spectrum/internet) offers Spectrum TV in all of its bundles. It isn’t as high tech as most but it does basic TV quite well. It includes all the popular channels including the likes of HBO, sports, and news all at a reasonable price and no contract obligations. The only downside is the limited number of channels and also that channel prices increase after a year.
