I have no outages during the time I have been hosting my site with Libertyvps.net web host.
They accept bitcoin payment which is a great plus for their team. They are professional in all the ways.

Lots of features, very knowledgeable fast and friendly support and the price is reasonable.

I believe Libertyvps.net have been pretty good with my site I have hosted on them. No downtime yet, maybe a couple of slow-time but service has been fast for me. Lots of space and bandwidth, if there is no downtime for most of the year I would rate it a great host.

So far Libertyvps.net reliability has been great as well.
I have not had a single issue. The control panel works very well.
It is easy to manage all the files with PHP scripts in combination with MySql, offering audio streaming, podcast and downloading of audio files.
