Which VPS is better to sign up with - either legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/virtual-servers/) or rockhoster.com (https://rockhoster.com/linux/)?

I have been with rockhoster.com OpenVZ VPS hosting for some time now and thought it was time to give them a review.
The main thing that stand out for me with APT is the support, its as I have added perfection. If you're looking for reliable low cost hosting for your site, this is a good solution.
