I have heard nice things about them.
Try to look at more options as well. I know warez-host.com is reputed offshore web host.
They offer offshore VPS hosting plans in Sweden, Netherlands, Russia and Bulgaria.

I decided to give a try with them for 2 reasons:
1. the lowest prices
2. the best Support reviews (and the best reviews in general)
I can only hope that libertyvps.net bitcoin offshore host (http://www.libertyvps.net) won’t change their high level services, but to continue to increase their quality.

VPS deals from linovus.hosting  (https://www.linovus.hosting/vps-hosting)are reliable enough to sign up with.
Support staff is knowledgeable and very fast to respond.
Servers have good performance and aren't overloaded.

Teliability has been very good. There have been a few occurences of downtime, but they were brief (at least on our server) and support is usually quick to respond.
