A cheap VPS deal is better to sign up with ..... there are two hosts which are in my mind - hostwinds.com (https://www.hostwinds.com/linux-vps.php) and linovus.hosting (https://www.linovus.hosting/vps-hosting), so what would you do being in my place?

I'd draw your attention to VPS deals from hostingsource.com and a2hosting.com.
Having a VPS will provide your sites with a higher level of security, storage, resources and performance.

I know much good related to exmasters.com and their cheap vps hosting (http://www.exmasters.com/vps/virtual-private-servers/) services. Their servers in Europe are fast and stable.
This decent host gives the best mix of pricing, customer support and has a good user interface.

I know cheap VPS deals are available from legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/virtual-servers/) and hostingsource.com (https://www.hostingsource.com/services/cart.php?a=add&pid=2%20&promocode=50%Discount). The support is so helpful and the server are so great. Just incomparable services to anyone else! Just unbelievable.

Hostwinds.com are great! I would recommend them to anyone who needs hosting at a great price, with all add-ons included in that price.
