Title: Dealing with a decent provider

VPS deals from hostwinds.com (https://www.hostwinds.com/linux-vps.php) and hosting.uk (https://hosting.uk/vps-hosting.php) were advised me to try and I wonder which way is better to follow in terms of hosting a big forum with?

I really appreciate Hostwinds.com for its hosting solutions on web. Before I have tested 3 hosting providers but was not satisfied.
I left my last hosting company because they repeatedly made a mess of billing and servers went down a lot.
