Deals from oissite.com (https://oissite.com/dedicated-hosting/) and legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/dedicated-servers/) are attractive for me and I wonder which one is the best for hosting a heavy website with?

You can trust warez-host.com dedicated Netherlands (http://www.warez-host.com) - Reliability is 100% I honestly cannot remember the last downtime.
Have to rely on their tech support to set up certain settings, but they are very willing to do so, and they do it promptly upon request.

Why not to give centohost.com a try and their dedicated server hosting (https://www.centohost.com/dedicated_servers.php) services?
They are reliable. I prefer to focus on something much more important, reliable web hosting and great customer service..
