Basically it takes 2-4 days only but sometimes it takes weeks, If your sitemap is on pending list since long time you can submit it again .

My xml sitemap has been processed within a week. So I think you should wait for a week.

 It takes between 4 days and 4 weeks for your brand new website to be crawled and indexed by Google. This range, however, is fairly broad and has been challenged by those who claim to have indexed sites in less than 4 days.
