We always take pride in offering quality support at affordable prices (giving excellent value to the businesses), and in many pre-sales enquiries , we were being asked for semi-dedicated plans because of the  expectation of consistency of the team members who knows the support policies inside out. It was a tough situation where we were not able to understand how our competitors offered semi-dedicated because our assumption was to share a 4 member team across two other clients for 1/10th of the price of a dedicated client and yet give good support.
