I'd normally look for in below order: support (technical support is very important), value for price (you will get what you pay for), uptime and reliability!

Package prices also amazed me. It's so much better than our previous hosts that business has actually increased. Allwebhost.com is a very good web host!

No doubt, Netshop isp vps hosting is a good choice. The support is outstanding, best in the business, the server is always online.
The control panel of the host allows me to manage my entire server without restrictions, also I can restart my server when I want.
