Try VPS plans from legionbox.com.
They are great in all aspects!
1. Speed is very good. Tested on pingdom and found load time is 3s without cache .
2. Live chat support is ok.
3.Ticket response is sometimes quick and slow depending on work time I think.
4. Uptime is good.

I wanted to track recurring bills like subscriptions but never wanted to waste time to such small things. Found subscription manager inxy.com that automatically tracks recurring payments from your bank account. And it's always current. You do nothing:) Easy as that — now I know how much I spend on subscriptions and have payment reminder in whatsapp. Helped me unsubscribe form unused subscriptions and save a sum. Do manage subscriptions? Have you tried inxy?

KVChosting.net and digitalserver.com.mx plans are good enough to have a deal with.
It's impressive how they manage to stay consistent with price, having no hidden random fees, and all of their features and speed/bandwidth is always up to par.

Try accounts from hostingsource.com and vpsblocks.com.au as their plans are full of useful resources with high uptime and fully-redundant network. Ongoing support when needed has been very quick and to the point.
