I had a recent support call with kvchosting.net and the tech spend 45 minutes with me on-line trying to fix my problem.
Once that didn't work, he said to give him a few hours at it and they ended up solving my problem!

Quick response, experts on Joomla and Wordpress, very welcoming, very efficient.

Kvchosting.net reliable ssd vps host is quite reliable. Tech support can be slow and sometimes it takes a few iterations to solve an issue.
The control panels always work, everything's up. Their uptime is fantastic and ability to upgrade and downgrade is a plus.
