Virtual Reality
« on: June 06, 2019, 06:58:10 AM »
In the virtual reality environment, traditional computer games are perceived in a completely different way. Regardless of the topic (auto racing or shooter on the territory of an abandoned base), the action from the first person provides the maximum approximation to reality, which raises the level of perception to the highest marks. Currently, such games are implemented in two forms.
In the first case, it is enough to wear a VR helmet with a smartphone on your head. The advantage of this option is that using the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive or Homido mask can be played in a comfortable home environment.
In the second - the player is inside the simulator or on a specially prepared platform. This option is closer to the real conditions and therefore causes the player to have stronger emotions. Its only drawback is that, nevertheless, one cannot do without physical staying in the simulator or on the site.
The use of virtual reality helmets is a relatively new direction in the implementation of VR games. Nevertheless, there are already a lot of very interesting applications developed by BP.
And what is your favorite Virtual Reality game?
