I am really glad that my site is hosted by Hostplay.com (their offshore server in Netherlands) because they conquered this good rating when they have helped and solved some problems which occurred during the purchase and payment. All the time when I used support I got prompt and according replies. They have great polite staff and that is why it was pleased to communicate with.

I would normally look for in below order:
Support (Technical support is very important), Value for Price (you will get what you pay for), Uptime, Reliability!

It seems to me that kvchosting.net would be a good option for getting dedicated servers at. (start from $89.99/mo).
Fantastic technical support, questions usually answered within 2 minutes of posting.
