What places are perfect for ordering any reliable US premium shared hosting solutions?
I need US based web hosting with 10 gbs of disk space - budget is $5/mo.
What can you tell me about plusplushosting.net and their reliability? Are they trustworthy?

I have some observations over InMotion Web Hosting and Hostgator.  Paople are satisfied with the services. Don't have information about others. You can check them out.

 As an alternative I can say that Kvchosting.com would be really quality host to deal with. I have been building websites for years, and have gone through many web hosts. This is the first which has not once yet let me down.
