Cloud SSD server - need a low cost one

My brother is looking for a decent and low cost cloud SSD server and cloudserver24.com is in my mind but I need to know if there are users of them on this forum to share your experience.

Well cloudserver24.com servers are solid and reliable and they cost not much.
Support is active for 24 hours and they fix issues in no time.
