Servers from venois.net (https://www.venois.net/en-US/strasbourg-france-location-dedicated-servers.html) and host4.biz (https://host4.biz/en/servers/dedicated) are provided on sweet terms and I have to stick to only one, so which is that from your point of view?

Top web host to deal with. highly recommend digitalserver.com.mx Mexico servers (https://www.digitalserver.com.mx/servidores-dedicados-en-mexico.shtml).
When I need support, it is quick and takes care of the issue with no attitude. I am not an IT guy so this is important to me. Their support works 24/7/365.
