Title: Reliable Europian web hosting ?

Looking for any suggestions on these needs:
- 150 gbs of hard disk, Linux
- 99.9% Uptime Guaranteed,
- host pictures and some videos
I would like to know your views on Exmasters.com (http://exmasters.com/) European VPS hosting ?
Any info about them? What host is better? Alternatives?

I have used a couple of others and finally switched to exmasters.com hosting. I can't see me ever switching to a different host.
Never had to wait more than 90 minutes for help. Uptime is great. Recommended.
