Which shared account is the best (libertyvps.net (https://libertyvps.net/offshore-hosting) or rockhoster.com (https://rockhoster.com/web-hosting/))?

I think I'll be sticking with rockhoster.com for a long time to come, and customer support will be the main reason why.
I must congratulate them on the continually outstanding level of customer service - we realize that we are pushing the limits of the shared environment and the support staff has done an amazing job accommodating us!
