What're the cheap VPS providers?
Guess they are: rockhoster.com (https://rockhoster.com/linux/) and legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/virtual-servers/).

When you have found a right host you try to be with it as long as possible.
Rockhoster.com is such a host. They are worth having a deal with. Speed connectivity is pretty fast.
