Any info on swissns.ch - their EU server hosting stability?
What can you say about their customer support, pricing, features?
What hosting provider is better? Why?

The best server providers are: QHoster.com (https://www.qhoster.com/dedicated-servers.html) and Inxy.com (https://inxy.com/). 
I am very happy with their services. Support Team is prompt and responsive. I will definitely recommend them to use.

I have seen perfect Dedicated servers europe (https://www.bullten.com/advance-dedicated-servers.php) at Bullten web host. The servers are fast and responsive.
The support is incredible, they are available 24 hours. They worked with me to answer all of my questions pre-sale.
