Low cost VPS account is in need

Use VPS accounts from time-tested companies: hostingsource.com or legionbox.com.
Their hosting is very reliable and reasonable priced. My website is running smoothly and I've had no downtime. I am a very happy with their level of service and will remain a long-term customer.

OVH would be your best bet with bandwidth limitations and speed, subpar support though. Generally I go to Nestify or Digital Ocean for any VPS's.

Features are excellent and pricing is competitive. As for network uptime and speed connectivity, they are perfect.
