If you have to choose between VPS plans from qhoster.com (https://qhoster.com/vps.html) and libertyvps.net (https://libertyvps.net/offshore-vps), which one would you choose and why?

I highly recommend Libertyvps.net Bitcoin VPS. Uptime has always been perfect.
I have never had to wait for more than 30 minutes for an email answer, and even phone support has been quick and effective.
