Title: high available support hosting
Post by: Zoltan on January 27, 2016, 04:17:10 AM: I'm looking for the hosting solution that will provide high available fast tech support, because I don't have enough knowledge on hosting management.
Any experience with serveyoursite.com (http://serveyoursite.com/)? Have found them via google search and their hosting plans and price for them meet my needs. So, are they trustworthy?

Their customer service is outstanding...every time I have ever ran into any issues whatsoever, whether it's been issues with my account when I've been past due, and they have been lenient with payments and kept my services on. If I've had technical issues, they have resolved them very promptly.

Servers are very secure especially using the site lock which makes it impossible for hackers to exploit your scripts by fully locking all files uploaded so they can not be changed.
