Title: Looking for reliable server in Mexico

I need host offering fastest Mexican dedicated hosting deals.
HDD - 400GB, RAM - 6GB, Bandwidth - 8TB, Linux.
After some research I've found Rogohosting.com. What can you say about them? Do they offer any discounts or specials?
