Title: Right VPS ... which one is the best?

Comparing VPS deals from QHoster.com (https://www.qhoster.com/linux-vps.html) and ASVhost.com (https://asvhost.com/virtual-servers/), which plan is the best for hosting  a blog?

The most impressive aspect of QHoster.com is the reaction time for technical queries.  I've had a few, since I'm a total beginner at this, and I am in a time zone at least 8 hours different from the location of their servers. Anytime I needed a question answered they provided quick and knowledgeable answer and help.

I would go with QHoster. They are one of the best hosts to host a blog.
If you want to host any Microsoft related website then you would be better served if you become a part of the Apps4Rent (https://www.apps4rent.com/) family.
