Comparing SSD VPS deals from QHoster.com (https://www.qhoster.com/linux-vps.html) and HostingSource.com (https://www.hostingsource.com/vps-hosting/), which plan should I try as I plan to host a blog?

You can trust hostingsource.com team. It is quite reliable. Tech support can be slow and sometimes it takes a few iterations to solve an issue.
