I do not know how those guys keep the prices so low. Libertyvps.net is fantastic host with great people and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Since I've signed up, every single question I have had has been answered immediately and intelligently.

I have been using libertyvps.net service for a long time. I run my websites on their Offshore VPS (https://libertyvps.net/offshore-vps) hosting account.
