Which VPS would oyu sign up with - from QHoster.com  (https://www.qhoster.com/linux-vps.html)or Scalahosting.com (https://www.scalahosting.com/cloud-servers.html)?

Almost anything you could ask for is QHoster.com - giving even webmaster wanna be's like me the feeling of complete control over our sites.
If you are looking for a host, I would recommend them highly - ditto for if you are planning to change soon.
