Servers from kvchosting.net (https://www.kvchosting.net/dedicatedserver.html) and legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/dedicated-servers/) are to my liking and I have to select the best one, so which is that?

I always look for a few things: Reliability, Support/Knowledge, Price - you get what you pay for really.
