VPS accounts from QHoster.com (https://www.qhoster.com/linux-vps.html) and ASVhost.com (https://asvhost.com/virtual-servers/) are worthy.
Go and compare yourself, with the support and uptime, you really can't go wrong with them.

With netshop-isp.com.cy Offshore Cyprus Web Hosting (https://netshop-isp.com.cy/web-hosting/cyprus-web-hosting) with Free cPanel & Free Domain everything is fast.
The speeds I am experiencing are awesome. With my previous provider there were some periods where things were fast, and other times things were sluggish.

I'd recommend them to anyone who's looking for a hosting solution.
