Where do you get your Windows RDP VPS?
I managed to find only https://www.qhoster.com/windows-rdp-vps.html
Is that a good place?

VPS accounts from kvchosting.net  (https://www.kvchosting.net/cheapvpshosting.html)and legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/virtual-servers/) are well-balanced and cheap.
Their support is really good. When you ask them to look at your problem, they are really quick. The communicate is really good, because they keep you updated in every step.
