What is that? I mean the best EU server provider ....Should I try a server from asvhost.com (https://asvhost.com/dedicated-servers/) or qhoster.com (http://qhoster.com/dedicated-servers.html)?

I've been with QHoster.com for about 7 months. So far, my experience with them has been quite positive.
Their support is tip-top. Although the response time is not as fast as my previous host, I have no complaint either.
