Great and known Cpanel with a load of features plus Free web site builder. I like hostingsource.com website hosting solutions in the USA.
I have a small personal website, and it hasn't been down a minute since I signed up with them.

Try digitalserver.com.mx dedicated hosting (https://www.digitalserver.com.mx/servidores-dedicados-en-mexico.shtml) solutions. Uptime is amazing, the servers are top notch!
This web host is not some cheap hosts that i have been on before with other hosting providers.
