Title: Looking for honest web host in Europe

Does anyone have any good idea or any details of any provider?
budget is 20 usd.

Requirements
20gb hosting space
Dedicated ip
server much be good uk, europe location.
What are your views on llhost-inc.eu VPS hosting (https://llhost-inc.eu/optimized_virtual_servers)? Are they reliable? Reviews please?

The guys at exmasters.com (https://exmasters.com/) are no nonsense and respond promptly both with follow-up emails and to any additional questions I'll throw at them.
Easy to use interface. The pricing is very reasonable. The sites are extremely fast to load and has had almost perfect uptime.
