Transferred all my sites to hosting022.com dedicated server (https://hosting022.com/server-housing/) in Serbia and no regrets! Uptime: perfect, Service: perfect.
I was also happy with the performance and reliability of the service. I was pleasantly surprised by the backup tools you provide which I did not expect at all.

Have to rely on QHoster.com tech support to set up certain settings, but they are very willing to do so, and they do it promptly upon request.
Decent amount of features and a really good knowledge base when you have questions. Highly recommend them!

Anyway, it is better to know more web hosts and compare their hosting packages before signing up.

Check out servers from reliable hosts: qhoster.com (https://qhoster.com/dedicated-servers.html) and kvchosting.net (https://www.kvchosting.net/dedicatedserver.html).
 Their servers are responsive, the network is fast, and the customer service is excellent.
