Shared plans from libertyvps.net (https://libertyvps.net/offshore-hosting) and planethoster.com (https://planethoster.com/en/World-Hosting) are attractive for me and I'm in two minds which way is better to go and why? Share any ideas of yous, please.

It places high value on customer support and it shows. They've always had excellent support. Top of the line.
Well, Libertyvps.net features can't be beaten (basically, you can do anything you'd ever need to do).
Finally, a hosting provider I can trust.

I have a small personal website, and it hasn't been down a minute since I signed up with NETSHOP cPanel web hosting (https://netshop-isp.com.cy/web-hosting/).
