What's the best VPS provider comparing deals from kvchosting.net (https://www.kvchosting.net/cheapvpshosting.html) and legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/virtual-servers/)?

So far, I haven't faced any major downtime with kvchosting.net shared ssd hosting.
Chat response is within two minutes and Ticket Response in my opinion is around 10 minutes.
