Which shared provider is the best - either QHoster.com (https://www.qhoster.com/cpanel-web-hosting.html) or Host4half.com (https://www.host4half.com/shared-hosting-plans.html)?

The advantage of being hosted with QHoster.com is that I have not seen my site down since long time..
It is a great host and I have referred many friends to them and none of us have ever experienced any problems.
