Which is reliable server provider - either kvchosting.net  (https://www.kvchosting.net/dedicatedserver.html)or  brixly.uk (https://brixly.uk/dedicated-servers/)?

Been very happy with kvchosting.net web host. I've been hosting with them for about 2 years now.
No downtime, speedy connection (file transfers always go at about 200kB/sec, which isn't bad at all).
