What shared account is better to sign up with - either libertyvps.net (http://libertyvps.net/) or rockhoster.com (https://rockhoster.com/web-hosting/)?

Give libertyvps.net a try.
- Excellent customer service
- Reasonably priced
- Offers templates
Their service is cheap with lots of great features.
Very good web hosting.

I cannot say enough good things about QHoster.com hosting. As a webmaster + have some knowledge in designing I had problems with other local hosts so I decided a change was necessary. I was looking for reliable host with cheap pricing and Host-ed was top at the list. I made the change and have not had a problem since.
