I believe you need to look for customer reviews on them. As I see boomhost.com customer support is responsive and friendly, any issue is solved quickly. Stability is high and prices are reasonable.

According to my research boomhost.com (https://www.boomhost.com/) are known as reliable provider with big variety of hosting solutions and useful features, why not to give them a chance?
