Title: Looking for a cheap server from a right host

I'm looking for a cheap dedicated server and I wonder whcih host is better to have a deal with: hostwinds.com (https://www.hostwinds.com/dedicated.php) and kvchosting.net (https://www.kvchosting.net/dedicated-server.html), so what's your advice?

Kvchosting.net have features that cater to both people who are creating their first website and those who have web hosting experience.
They offer fast hosting, that always online. They don't offer as much as some other unrealistic hosts - but what they offer they deliver.

Particularly impressed with the live chat customer service support provided by kvchosting.net - extremely helpful.
Their plans are quite cheap when you figure what you're getting for them.
Their servers are fast.

Viux.com is very good hosting company so far. No issues with viruses or hackers.
There is always a very intelligent person on the other end of live chat who takes care of your needs immediately. Sites are always up and run as fast.
