Just look around the internet, they are few companies out there offering good and secure hosting.
i used to be with papahost.co.uk and they are quite good, just didn't like their support because it was quite slow. we are now with keenweb.co.uk so far so good.

But always read reviews online with trust pilot and etc

It depends on who you are hosting with. i am currently hosting with keenweb.co.uk and we have the middle plan with the following specs:

UNLIMITED bandwidth and 10GB Disk space. otherwise you should consider getting a VPS.
