I need to choose a right hosting provider for my needs: asvhost.com or hostround.com, so what should I do?

There is a lot of recommending here about hosting provider. But it's difficult to identify right hosting for your website. In my opinion, about hosting always go to those providers who have 24/7 technical support because it's really painful when you are in trouble and didn't receive a response.
